Transfering Outlook Addressbook data into AD user profile

Hi folks.
Our company keeps an public Addressbook with employee data as a public folder in Outlook. I am now looking for a solution to easily transfer certain entries, specifically phone numbers, into the corresponding fields in the users Active Directory profiles.
Unfortunately I am not a script wizzard. Any idea is appreciated.
