don't have outlook in front of me so can't give you the steps, but look in the outlook options. somewhere in there is a place to change the location of the folder outlook uses to store mailbox and such. it is a long numerical name. depending on youros, it will be located something like program files\common files\microsoft\maybe office.... you can zip up that folder and burn it on a cd or several floppys. then just reverse the process on the new computer, go to the place where you can change the folder location and steer it to the copied over folder. hope this helps. sorry can't be more specific....

If you use Outlook than do an import/export-export to a file-choose PST, choose personal folders, make sure that include subfolders is checked and follow the rest. Save it to a location so that way you know where to find it. You can burn a cd with the PST or you can email it to yourself and go to the other PC and download it to your new PC and than do an import/export into the new OUTLOOK. Choose import from another file choose Personal Folder File and go find the PST file you just downloaded or burned. Remember that Outlook (PST) and Outlook Express (WAB)use different files. HTH

With Outlook open simple go to the file menu choose ‘Import and Export’ and follow the wizardry. Make sure you export you mailbox content to a PST file without encryption. You can then burn the PST file onto a CD or copy it to a safe location. Once you new PC is ready with Outlook installed and configured go to the file menu again and choose ‘Import and Export’ only that this time you are importing the exported PST file.
