Trouble opening an Excel Doc

I have a user that can not open an Excel document but everyone else can open it. It is a report that she gets every week that is emailed to her. She can forward it onto other perple and thay are able to open it. She can oopen other Excel Documents with no problems. She gets no error messages. Excel opens to a grey background like if you were to close all excel documents and have just the program open. The document name also does not appear at the top. She is running Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 like everyone else. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks.
