I installed a Microsoft Natural Ergo 4000 wired keyboard to my system through a D-Link KVM-121 switch using a USB-to-PS/2 adapter. The keyboard doesn’t function.
When I connect an older PS/2 k/b through the switch, it works.
When I then connect the new k/b to a USB port, it works. If I use a USB-to-PS/2 adapter directly to the PC, it doesn’t work.
I’m running Vista Home Premium.
Has anyone run into this?
