I’ve never had any difficulties.
Just do what Microsoft says. If you need help, it’s best to get local hands-on help to show you. If you want help from here, you have to tell the whole story in enough detail: what you did and what happens.

Are you updating the version of Windows previously installed or is this a brand-new Windows installation on a new computer?

As to your question I no longer have this problem as I installed various versions of Windows since Windows 1.0.
For today’s common versions like 10 and 11 the ONE THING that seems to trip up new folk is they FORMAT THE DRIVE before the install.
Don’t do that. Start with a blank target drive. No partitions. Just blank.

From your signoff it would seem that you are trying to install Windows 10. And probably for the first time.
IMHO because Microsoft has (or is about to ? ) stop support for Windows 10 I would suggest that they would stop/prevent/resist any attempts at new installations of Windows 10 and expect you to install Windows 11.
Microsoft have a back-to-basic check which Windows now runs with Microsoft Home whenever you LogIn/StartUp/Install (or reInstall) Windows.
As a last resort I would suggest that you try your install without your PC being connected to the internet. This may bypass the check and install the system.
