TSR program

Regarding Win 2000 server. A user wants to run a dos batch file that polls other servers for certain files every 30 seconds, and ftps those files around if it finds them. The batch works fine, but terminates when the user logs off the server. Howcan I have this job run regardless of who is or is not logged into the server?
