Turn On Microsoft Security Essentials without enabling Windows Defender

how to turn On the built-in Microsoft Security Essentials in Win 10 Pro without enabling the Windows Defender?

in Win 7 Ultimate, the Security Essentials runs even if Windows Defender is off in Windows Services.

In Windows 10

Windows Defender is the "total" antimalware package,
you do not need, nor should you use, MSE from Win7.

Security Essentials

i think that in Win 10 Pro, it has a built-in Security Essentials in which the Windows Defender is not dependent on it.

i just don't like Windows Defender to be active because it deletes or removes some of the programs or opensource file that are installed in the machine.

while for Security Essentials, i can manage it be exempting the said programs or the folders where the file are located.

hoping that you may share how to run Security Essentials without enabling Windows Defender.

In Win 10, Windows Defender is used in place of MSE, and best I understand is more or less the same thing. Older versions of Windows Defender are basically just antispyware/ my XP SP3 I use the version of Defender for it, which surprisingly still receives updates. When Win 7 goes out of active support, I may uninstall MSE and then activate Windows Defender on 7.
