Turning off LDAP in Outlook 2002

Hello – I have a laptop user that is getting this message when she launches Outlook 2002…

The system is using a dialup internet account and was using Outlook 2000 without the issue prior to theOutlook 2002 upgrade.

I want to know where or even if there is someplace that I can turn off any LDAP features Outlook might now be using…
