two naughty words in outlook express

After writing a fairly lengthy email, it wouldn’t send. Error message: ‘content violation’. Finally narrowed it down to the two words ‘mystery shopper’. Even had it tested by a mate, but she couldn’t send an email with mystery shopper in the content. What’s wrong with this? Is there a way out?
