UK consumer attitude towards Outsourcing

I?m doing a thesis on UK consumer attitude towards outsourcing. The purpose of the research project is to provide an insight about the key issues faced by consumers in the UK in regard to companies outsourcing operations, Such as Call centers. Moving on to the ultimate goal being the effect of such call centre experiences on the consumers purchasing behaviour, whether such experiences would force consumers to change suppliers or not. Over all the research also helps in identifying the UK consumer?s attitude towards such offshore operations, being call centres in specific. The research explores the link between the experiences a customer undergoes when connected to an offshore location for service with customer satisfaction level derived, impact on the brand value and its effect on customer loyalty.

Hello ,
I was reading a bit your thesesis on consumers view with regards to outsourcing , I also doing a project with is some what similar to yours but it's regarding the cultural impact and difference with outsourcing. Now i dont know if you can help me at this point but I am trying to come up with any cultural differnces that would also entail the IT sector too.
Would it be possible if you could point me in the right direction .
Any help would be greatly appecaited.
