I am trying to forward a contact from a Outlook 2002 client to a Outlook 2000 client. When the Outlook 2000 client receives the contact, they are unable to save the contact into their Outlook application. The 'save as' option is greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

Outlook 2002 client and Outlook 2000 from what MS say is not compatible. They are working on a fix for outlook 2000. But sometimes you can do it this way. Someone had told me that they had done it this way. How true it is I do not know. Click on file>save and new. That work from what they had told me. But the save but might also work from the file menu. I have also just export the file to a vcard file and then later import the file. That also might work. I hope this works for you.
