Unable to bring the PC on Lan

Hi All,

I am having win98 peer to peer network using switch.the problem I facing is one of my Pc is unable to come on Lan .I have change the lan card and change the cable also.still I am unable to bring it on Lan.Total network settings are also correct and verified.I am thinking it might be problem of motherboard I have tried on various slots of the pc.but still unable .can someone plz provide me solution.
