unable to download

I have loaded the Norton System Works from the CD but when I try to install the Go Back software from Roxio which is included in the CD- after trying to load it Finally says ‘Go Back successfully uninstalled’ Please help I have even tried to completely uninstal the whole Norton System Works CD and reinstal but no luck.
