Unable to forward ppt attachment

I have a user who is unable to forward a ppt attachment. She can forward other attachments. As a temp work around, I have had her save the attachment and send it from the c:\ and that seems to be successful, except the user doesn’t want the extra steps.

Win2000 PC and Office 2000.
