Unable to Install Offive 2000 over Windo

I have windows 2000 server. I am not able to install office 2000 in this server why ?

when ever i try install it shows the error and asks to go to www.microsoft.com/office/ORK/

Waht does this means ? How shall i install office 2000 premium ?
