Unable to multi-print Word documetns

OS: Windows XP
App: Office 97/XP (only ones tested so far)

Symptom:
When user selects multiple documents, right-click and Print, nothing prints. Ocassionally, one document comes out. We tried adding the printer shortcut to the “Send To” menu but results are pretty much the same – may print some documents, may print nothing.
