This one should be interesting. I have an issue where everytime I open word it either crashes or gives me "Unable to open Normal.dot." Office 2003 is so much fun. So go through the typical troubleshooting steps. D and R, deleting Normal.dot file, the file recreates but I get the same issue everytime. So now I’m thinking MS is just creating a bad template. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.
