Microsoft Outlook 2000) “Unable to open your default email folders. You do not have permision to log on.” with another msg following that one.
I have very limited priviledges and the network is very secure. So I don’t havre direct access to features like Search, the System or System Tools. We are running XP Pro for the client pcs using an exchange server.
When this problem popped up I was able to delete the user profile, I repaired the Outlook 2K, then rebooted. I don’t have much more access to do more than this. I can access the control panel, explorer, and the cmd prompt. But this didn’t work.
Can someone please help me with what I can or cannot do. I don’t have access to the System Tools to restore this file (secur32.dll). There must be another way through explorer to correct this problem right? Thank you.
