unable to print to pdf

One of my employees is unable to print to pdf. She was previously able to use the adobe pdf driver and now anytime that driver is used, the document prints to the physical HP printer. I have run the re-install and also tried the cute pdf driver. I cannot find any information on this problem. Please give suggestions. The PC is less than a month old and came with pre-installed Windows XP and Acrobat 6.0.
