Hello, I recently installed a new Exchange 5.5 server and ran an Exmerge in order to move the mailboxes from the old server to the new server. During the build process I had to change the Site and Orginization information. Upon completeing my 20+ hour journey it was brought to my attention that my employees are not able to reply to emails prior to the cross over. The error that they receive has to do with name not being recognized. I have a feeling that because I changed the site and org info that the new server can not link to the old emails. Am I on the right track? and what if any can I do to allow my employee’s to reply to these old emails?
