Hi, my previous ID file get locked as i forgot my password. Then a new ID file issued, now i want to access emails from the old id file archives. Notes gives me error ” the database has local access protection ( encrypted ) and you are not authorized to access it.”
I do have the old id file with me but forgot the password with which it was encrypted.
Can anyone advise, if there is any possibility that i may access those archived emails????
