I am unable to run SETUP.EXE to install software on a Win2K with administrator rights. I double click on the SETUP.EXE to start installation and the hour glass comes up as it was running and then the installation just stops. Nothing else happens after that. This only happens when I try to install programs that require to run SETUP.EXE, but it does not happen with *.msi files. I do not have an *.msi file for the program I need to install.
