unable to send via outlook 2002 sp3

I cannot send test email out from outlook 2002 sp3. I receive an undeliverable message error and #550 message rejected error. There are no header information on the returned email as well. Any answers?

How are you connected to the internet? lan,braodband or dialup?

what smtp server are you using? it might be that youve got the wrong one setup for youre isp

If you are connected to the internet via DSL or cable, but have a different ISP for your email, web, etc., you may need to use your DSL/cable provider's outgoing SMTP mailbox to send your mail. You will still use the incoming POP3 sever that your web/email hosting company provides.
