Just browse the XP pro CD and open tools deploy and extract the setupmgr.exe and other files in that folder.....then paste it on ur desktop or in some folder u know about it..........then run setupmgr...and choose full automated installation and in it choose custom settings for networking and mention ip for it and then atlast when u have finished mking the file save it and rename it as winnt.sif and then run the xp setup with this command if the winnt.sif is in floppy...."winnt32 /unattend" ....if from distribution folder then just give the unc path and then thesame command but in that case the winnt.sif file will be in distribution folder.................hope it will satisfy u.
