Undeliverable email internal user

Undeliverable email to internal user on outlook 2003
problem is jane can e-mail all but sue.
sue can e-mail jane and jane can reply back with no problem.
i have re-downloaded GAL to jane laptop did not work
i have tried typing sue name in the TO area then deleted the name did not work. the last thing is deleting profile which i do not want to do if i do not have too.

1 - Can all other internal users e-mail Sue?

2 - Can you create a new user profile for Sue on another PC/laptop does the same thing happen from this Outlok client?

3 - Are there any rules set on the SUE'S outlook mail client declining mail from anyone?

I venture, either the autocomplete cache, an entry in local contacts folder, or out of date OAB.

Probably the 1st. have jane start typing adrs of sue then when dropdown appears, she can scroll down and delete.

you can also do a quick search at slipstick.com for more info on autocomplete cache.

Just to be clear Jane has the problem with E-mailing sue.

Sue can E-mail everyone in the office and Jane then can reply to Sue with no problem

Jane can e-mail everyone in the office but Sue it will come back marked undeliverable error to Jane

I have tried deleting the name in the drop down box when you start typing the name in the address box and that did not work.

I have tried the office fix and repair feature an that did not work.

Jane can log-on to anyone's lap and send e-mail to Sue with no problem.

Someone told me to delete the user profile of Jane on her laptop but i want to use that as a last fix to the problem. Because you say you need to delete their data around people and their eyes go wide and they look scare.

My bet is that the address that is being supplied during the lookup is incorrect.

Have Jane address an email to Sue. Does Sue's name get underlined? If so, the lookup is supplying an address. Right click Sue's name and select Properties and verify that the email address is in fact the correct address for Sue. If the address is incorrect, somplace in Jane's address lists, Sue has been entered incorrectly. Find and correct or eliminate the incorrect entry. It could be in Contacts or any other mail list that Jane's client has been configured to use as an address source. If the address is correct, I'm at a loss.
