I have gotten a couple of work tickets lately about distribution list delivery problems. The one I am looking for an answer to is about an “Undeliverable Email” message. My customer has taken this recipient’s email address out of every distribution list she has. We at IT Support have removed his address from the global address book. She still gets the usual “Undeliverable Email” error message for this user every time she does a mailing from her distribution list. The error message doesn’t give his address, just his name. Any clue as to where we can look to resolve this issue? Help would be greatly appreciated!
