We are receiving the undeliverable email from a specific ISP stating – 554 client host rejected: cannot find your hostname. This ISP was previously returning our email with an error stating that we had no reverse DNS. We have attempted to create a reverse DNS on our mail server and now we are receiving the hostname error. What could cause the hostname reject?
