Undisclosed Recipient in the TO:

By kdenny ·
How do I get my system to show undisclosed recipient in the To line of my sent messages so my list of recipients isn't available to everyone. I have just used the bcc line so it's not visible but would like to used the TO: line.
thank you

Your best bet is to do a mail merge using Outlook and Word.

See:

Make up a dummy recipient with a fake e-mail address to put in the To: box. (None@Shown.com, etc.)
You'll get one mail return, but the BCC people will get their mail with "Undisclosed Recipient"
on the To line

There is a progam called Free Mail available from the company at infacta.com. This is a simple program that will send the same message to a group of people. It is easy to use and configure and will maintain your list of names for you. It can haveOutlook information imported and it is free.
