My notebook at work is showing 50% CPU usage, when the Processes list in Task Manager shows 98% System Idle Process.
The Process Explorer from Microsoft TechNet shows a LARGE number of Interrupts and Deferred Procedure Calls. Their help says it may be a driver issue?
Anyone have any clues about a quick way to track a driver issue?
