Unixware 7.1.1 update for DST

Does anybody know how to generate the DST rules file that can then be used with zic to correct the DST. SCO have not issued a patch for 7.1.1., there is lots of reference to using zic to amend DST but no where seems to tell you how to generate the rules file.
