Updating drivers in Active Directory

I was wondering if anyone could help me. How would you, or how does active directory update printer drivers. Say a new drives comes out for a 4050 tn how would i update the network?

AD can't update print drivers - you would need to do that at at the server where you are spooling your print jobs from.

This is very easy, just install the updated drivers on the Print server (the PC that has the Printer installed). AD is not involved (other than publishing the printer itself); what happens is next time a PC prints to the printer it will automatically download the new driver.

This is true for machines running Windows 95 or later or Windows NT 4.0/2000

Clients running Other Microsoft OS's (and non-microsoft OS's) will need to manually install these drivers on each client.
