I am having an issue updating to the newest feature update, it doesn’t matter whether I’m using the update assistant or the media creation tool. After it gets to about 15%, it restarts my computer, then it immediately rolls back any changes. I have tried everything, I deleted recommended folders (software distribution I think), disabled antivirus, stopped and started services. It does it every time still. The only thing I could think of that may be wrong is that it shows in Windows Update that I need to restart to install version 1809 even though when I restart it doesn’t (version 1809 was downloaded to my computer but not installed during the first rollout). Maybe its conflicting somehow?
