upgrade

Hi,
I just upgraded winXP home ed. to winXP prof. But now with XP prof., whenever I click on just anything, ‘installing microsoft money 2002’ pops up automatically. The machine already has ‘ms money 2002’. What must have created this message to pop up AUTOMATICALLY and ALWAYS? Any suggestions to stop that will be of great help. Thanks in advance.
