Upgrade NT4 BDC to WIN2K Server

My primary Server (PDC) is an NT4 Server. i have a BDC at another office that i want to replace with a WIN2K Server (NO active directory!)but i need it (New WIN2K Server) to vailidate my users and run scrips that my old BDC did.

Right now i havethe old BDC and the new WIN2K Server on the networkat the remote office. I only use the NT4 BDC for validating and scripts.

i need to remove the BDC from my network and only use the WIN2K for validating and scripts.
