Upgrading OutlookExpress to Outlook

I have created a large group of 86 members to send email in Outlook Express. Apparently,the group is too large for Express. If I use full Outlook, how do I get the group from Express (all 86 email addresses) which I typed in as a group to transfer into the full Outlook without retyping them.
