Upgrading to IE6

I have over 200 PCs running winnt 4.0, in different locations around the country, the systems have access to the internet, I also have remote access to the systems. What is the best way to upgrade from IE5 to IE6 without user intervention? any ideasof a script that I can use, or a silent? upgrade.
