Upsizing Access 2003 to SQL

I am trying to upsize a database with 6 tables from Access 2003 to SQL version 8. 5 of the tables upsize and link to the SQL database without any problems but one of the tables returns “table was skipped, or export failed” error. I have given the table a primary key, there are over two hundred fields in this rogue table(is there a limit on the number of fields you can upsize into SQL ???) I’ve tried importing the table structure only to no avail. All field names are ok for SQL. Any ideas or things to try, please let me know!
