URGENT HELP!!!!!!

Hello everyone

This suddenly happened (picture 1) to my laptop and it won’t go away

So I decided to reinstall windows on my C drive, but everytime I try this message appears (picture 2) and I’m unable to reinstall windows on my C drive

Error message 1 (picture 1): repairing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete

Error message 2 (picture 2): windows setup could not reintialize the development engine. To install Windows, restart the installation

I’m unable to upload pictures at this time.

Any ideas on how to fix my laptop ?

So there is something wrong with your hard disk. What happens if you give it an hour (or a full night) to repair it?

Error 2 could be caused by that bad hard disk. If the repair doesn’t work, replace the disk (preferably by an SSD in stead of a HDD) and try again.

Either your Hard Disk is corrupt or installation source is corrupted.

My initial understanding says, its disc issue.
If you can share screen shot, i can tell you exact reason.
