Urgent Help Needed

By fuzzylogic ·
I have a Win2k3 Server, Win2k3 Exchange and Win2k3
Office running TS.
After installing and configuring MSOutlook on the TS all was well till users logged on, then connections started to fail. Now when an attempt is made to connect to the Exchange I recieve the message 'Action could not be completed. Bookmark is invalid. This error is generated when the <Check Name> button is activated.
Any assitance will be greatfully recieved.

maybe some help...

I'm not a guru of Exchange, but it seems that you ahve some kind of logging or permissions issue. see:;en-us;266361&Product=exch2003

near the bottom regarding "invalid bookmark".

You may want to see if you have the appropriate policy for users on that system. Did you create an Email account first with your account? I remembver I had trouble until I setup an account that had admin priveledges first, then users could setup theirs. Users tend to not have priveledges to install device drivers either, this would be in policy. Hope these spark something to help you out.

I need to setup a lab soon and work on this myself, lol...

The price is worth it. The exchange support group is on it's game. If they don't resolve it for you they won't charge you.
