URLs off of Email in Outlook Express

Many times when I attempt to access a URL from a mail message in Outlook Express, I get “hung up”. I have to reboot my PC and then it seems to work ok (at least for a while). I’ve never had this problem before, seems to only give me an issue with Windows XP. The URLs are different (it is not the same URL I am trying to access….just wanted to clarify in case someone thought it may be an issue with the URL itself).

Anyone else have this same problem? If so, did you get it fixed, and if so, how?
