hello, I recently had the problem with the password prompt created by windows. I had a toshiba tech reset the bios and thought all was well. didn’t realize until a couple weeks later that there is now a problem with the usb’s. any device I plug in is showing as not recognized. I’m sure it has something to do with resetting bios. any suggestions before I return it?
