usb-printer(w/pci-card) on fic-va-501(so

i already opened a question concerning powerdown-problems. now comes the usb-printer the customer tried to install. can i leave the parallel-port-settings(spp, ecp, epp, or ecp/epp?)nothing to do.
i have deactivated irq-vga-assign because video is assigned and network-carc(internet) ok.
i will enable “reset configuration data” to assign usb-pci-card, ok? i hope no crash will come.
