Use of variables in hyperlink data type.

In MS Access, is there any way to use a variable in a hyperlink data type? For example, if I had a table called Movies and wanted a column that was a hyperlink to an online movie db such as Blockbuster, but wanted to link to a different movie for each row in that column, could I use a variable (http://blockbuster.com/XXX?)and how would I set up that variable?
