Use Outlook rule to forward an email from a specific account.

By c_grey ·
I have a couple of different accounts in Outlook. I receive one particular email which I always need to forward to two people. One of these recipients needs to print out the email. Trouble is that if I forward with my signature block it causes the forwarded email to split over two pages. I don't want to turn off the signature block on forwards though. I tried forwarding the email as an attachment but then Outlook treats the email as read (so I then cannot easily identify if it is one that I have read and dealt with myself).

So I'm looking for a way to either forward from a separate account to the one I normally use (the one with the signature block) or a way to forward it as an attachment without it ending up as Read.

Thanks for any assistance.
