I purchased a new HP laptop, which came with Microsoft Vista’s Home Premium Edition. I could not find the common feature for managing the users and groups in it. In XP we could find it as below
MY COMPUTER (RIGHT CLICK) >> MANAGE >>USER.
This allowed me to create a new user and default the local path to which this user should be allowed. This feature is missing in the vista. I would like to know if there is any alternative arrangement for such a feature.
