I have one W2K laptop on WinNT4 LAN. How do I grant user rights to change time in order that NETLOGON batch file applies system time from PDC to this machine.

Hi...the user account that your using to loggin (the domain user account) must to be in the Advanced Users group on your windows 2000 pro. (Start->Configuration->Control Panel->Users and Password->Advanced->Advanced)

As we found out on our network, you also need a SNTP-compliant time server on the PDC (timeserv is not). Otherwise, you'll just get a stream of w32time errors in the event log as it repeatedly tries to sync and fails.
