User Satisfaction Surveys

By gbhollins ·
Have you any templates available that will enable us to question and evaluate our service "levels" in a typical in-house IT department role across individual user satisfaction, department and or business unit level and strategic company goals?

I have seen some, but I have no links. Are You handing it out on paper or via mail?

You could ask a marketing consult, or design it yourself.

How many users have you got? Are they in the same building?

The user should have the option to stay anonymus.

The Questionaire should have answering alternatives, that make them easy to answer and easy to evaluate.

Regards
