User win2k username to login from Nt4.0

i have a win2k Advanced server. I have created a new user and gave him the permission of an Administrator.

I shared a folder in the same win2k machine, and allowed access only to the user i have created.

But, when i connect from another win2kmachine, everythign is fine. If i use a Nt4.0 it says that the access denied. Why is that so? is that abug in win2K?

please advice…
