using Kodak image on XP

I have downloaded the patch that is supose to alow someone to load Kodak Imaging on XP, I have tried to load it but with out success. it states using win2k disc you can load it,isn’t win2k and ME the same thing? I have the following discs: multipal copies of ‘95,98SE upgrade,MEupgrade/full version(DELL),XP home upgrade and full (replacement disc from MS). if any one has done this and it worked let me know how.
