Using laptop via bluetooth as a headset for cell phone

Basically, I am wanting to convince my cellphone that my bluetooth on the laptop is my headset, allowing me to record interviews. Does anybody have a program to do this? The cell phone companies are as much help as a popsicle in the Arctic.

I use an external IOGear USB bluetooth dongle, and through the software that came with that I can specify that my laptop can act as a hands-free voice gateway for my Motorola phone.

Check with the manufacturer of your blue tooth interface (your pc manufacturer if the bluetooth is built in) – it might be easier to find what you need through them.
